Empowering Researchers in Whole Exome Sequencing at UM6P CoreLabs

We were delighted to welcome researchers from INH to the Biosciences CoreLab for an intensive 3-day hands-on training from the 25th to the 27th of March. The program focused on building practical expertise in Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), covering the full workflow, from library preparation to sequencing, alongside dedicated sessions on bioinformatics tools for WES data interpretation, with the support of Illumina. The workshop was led by Dr. Ismail MOUHRACH and directed by Prof. Zineb Rchiad. By bridging wet-lab techniques with computational approaches, this workshop was designed to enable participants to confidently design, perform, and interpret WES results. At the UM6P CoreLabs, we stay engaged to enable excellence.
